# Connecting CRM Data to MarketRent

Connecting your CRM keeps your portfolio syncing into MarketRent automatically, so you're not adding properties by hand.

## 1. Open MarketRent settings and find CRM integration

In MarketRent, go to Settings.

Scroll down until you find CRM Integration.

This is where you’ll connect the CRM you currently use.

## 2. Select your CRM and enter your agency reference

Choose your CRM provider from the available options.

In the example shown, Alto is selected.

Enter the agency reference provided by your CRM provider.

## 3. Save the connection

Once the CRM details are entered, click Save.

This completes the connection setup between your CRM and MarketRent.

## 4. Review sync logs and portfolio properties

After saving, you can monitor your sync logs in this section.

You can also view the properties in your portfolio that are syncing into MarketRent.
