Review your order form and terms of usage

Reviewing and accepting your order form and terms gets your MarketRent account ready to run rent reviews — it only takes a moment.

How to Review and Accept Your MarketRent Order Form and Terms

1. Open Settings from the Dashboard

From the dashboard, go to the sidebar.

Click Settings.

In Settings, find the Order Forms and Terms section.

2. Review Your Company and Contract Details

Open Order Forms and Terms to see your agreement summary.

Check the following details:

• Company information
• Contract length
• Price per property
• Monthly subscription charge

3. Download and Read the Order Form

If you want a deeper review, click to download the order form.

Read through it carefully to confirm all information is correct.

4. Review the Additional Documents

Look at the other available documents, including:

• Summary of terms
• Data processing schedule

Give these documents a quick read as well.

5. Accept the Terms to Finish Setup

Once everything looks correct, select Click to accept.

This records the date of acceptance for the agreement.

After accepting, you’re ready to start using MarketRent.
