Set rent review chase emails

Setting chase timings means MarketRent automatically follows up after each status change, so you don't have to remember.

1. Open Settings and Find Rent Review Chase Dates

Go to Settings.

Scroll down to Rent Review Chase Dates.

This is where you control when automated chase emails are sent after a status change.

2. Set the Number of Business Days Before a Chase Email Sends

The setting determines how many business days pass after each status change before a chase email is triggered.

Example: after sending a Section 13 notice, if no response is received, the system will send an automated chase email after the configured delay.

The default is 3 business days.

3. Adjust the Delay and Save

If you want to give tenants more time, change the value to a longer delay, such as 5 business days.

Click Save to apply the new chase timing.

The updated setting will control future automated chase emails.
